VALERA SCREENS RETURN POLICY

 

 

We hope you love your Valera Screens purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within 30 days of placing your order.  Return shipping will be covered by us on all returns.

 

All return requests must be submitted to, and approved by our customer service department at support@streamvalera.com.

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued within this 30 day period, and the item must be received in our fulfillment center within 45 days of the ship date in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

For items damaged in shipment, or DOA / Defective, see DAMAGED / DOA / Defective Item section below.

 

All returns must include the following:

  • The original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.)
  • The manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  • The original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or any other reason) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). To receive your RMA# please contact our customer support department and be sure to have your order number accessible.

 

Damage :

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage. If you find that merchandise has been damaged while in shipping, simply refuse the shipment unless it is shipped via FedEx / UPS.

Damaged / DOA / Defective Items :

If your item arrives Damaged, Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA #. If you do not want a replacement unit sent out, then the standard return policy will be applicable to the order.

Credit Processing:

Please allow 5-10 business days for all approved returns to be officially processed and credited to your account.  Any credit will be issued on the same credit card with which the product was purchased.
